Family Favorite Meal of the Week

Paul and the kids do not care if the food is healthy or pretty or low-fat...they are an added bonus. What matters most is TASTE! Of course, it has to be very tasty and flavorful.

Out of all the dinners this week, their number #1 pick, hand's down is "BARBIE-CUPS"....or (BBQ-cups):

Very quick and easy meal as long as you get the chicken going early!

Cook Skinless boneless chicken in a crock pot all day with a little olive oil and your favorite BBQ sauce. (Shred it in the pot...easy to do with a spatula.)

Fill cupcake baking tins with bisquit dough right out of the tube. (Pilsbury home style bisquits is what I used). Use your thumb to make an indent/bowl in the bisquit.

Fill the indent/bowl with bbq chicken and top with cheddar cheese.

Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes till a light golden brown.

Serve with a salad and fresh fruit!
